Values and Ethos
Our aim is for all round excellence by providing a stimulating and caring Christian environment that enables our children to fulfil their potential academically, physically, spiritually, creatively and socially.
‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ (Luke 10:27)
At Padbury, our six Christian Values of:
‘co-operation, thankfulness, trust, forgiveness, respect and perseverance’,
are at the heart of what we use to guide our pupils towards being valuable citizens of tomorrow.
We use the parable of the 'Good Samaritan' from the Bible to link our values to our school vision:
'Kind, Caring and Generous of Spirit'
We hope by weaving these values through everything that we do, we are creating a strong learning environment and developing pupils’ social and relationship skills that will last throughout their lives.
